Features

One carrier, your machine

Your hover carrier is home, workshop, cargo hold, drone base and hacking rig. Every module draws on its mass, power, cooling and crew, so no build does everything: you choose what it becomes.

Fit it for cargo and range, quiet smuggling, bounty work or salvage, and change your mind later. Lengthen the hull at a port, upgrade engines and modules from blueprints you buy or pull from wrecks, and keep the same carrier for a whole career.

Know it first, sell it first

Every port has its own needs, surpluses and shortages, and prices move with storms, faction events, blocked routes and your own trades. Grab the obvious deal, or bet on the shortage you see coming.

Information is a cargo of its own: price tips, safe corridors, patrols, access credentials. Buy it, steal it, sell it or use it before it goes stale. The carrier's radio picks up bulletins and distress calls in range, and some of those calls are raider traps.

Earn a port's trust

Contracts take you everywhere: deliveries, courier runs, salvage, bounties, escorts, recon and covert jobs. Each port remembers how you work, and the pay depends on how fast and how intact the cargo arrives.

Earn a port's trust and better work opens up, from fragile, high-value cargo to restricted loads. Ports also ask favours you can fight, pay, sneak or hack your way through.

Every route is a commitment

You pick a corridor, not a road. Corridors differ in distance, terrain, energy, tolls, patrols, weather and how well you know them, and a poorly known one may hide raiders, damage or contamination.

Long routes burn energy, supplies and maintenance margin. Send recon drones ahead, buy intelligence, or take the long way around.

Fight with orders, not reflexes

Combat runs in real time and pauses whenever you need it. You set heading, speed, range, target priority and when to retreat, and command drones and electronic warfare: jam sensors, spoof targeting, take over a hostile drone or force a surrender.

Fighting is one choice among many. Evade, bribe, spoof your identity, give up the cargo or take another route. Damage hits real systems and costs real money, and a retreat often keeps the career alive.

A road to the coast

You sign on with an old carrier operator who carries a sealed archive of what the collapse took from everyone, bound for the one place on the coast that will give it away. Along the way you finish the robot the operator began, build its body from parts you find and give it a name.

The journey sets the course without putting you on rails: step off to trade, take contracts or explore, and come back when you are ready.
