About the Studio
A small family studio making games about understanding, shaping, exploiting and defending complex systems, from strategy and simulation to games where you lead a single character. Real cybersecurity and infrastructure concepts become game mechanics, and you never need to know the jargon to play.
Zero Trust Games is a small family studio. I build the games, and my sons Rafael and Daniel test every idea and play every build.

Zero trust is a security principle: no user, device or network is trusted by default, and every access is verified. It is how we think about our games, too: systems you can inspect, question and break, where nothing works just because someone said so.
Trust nothing. Verify everything. Design for survival.
Mechanics interact to create situations no one scripted, with real second-order consequences.
Networks, supply chains, colonies and security architecture decide what you can do.
Plan, configure, automate and allocate instead of steering an avatar.
Deep simulations, but you can always understand why an outcome happened.
All our games share one universe, the Toryn Saga, and each stands on its own. We build them one release at a time: Hack the Stars and Watchfloor come first, and the rest of the saga is planned to follow.
Every idea is tested at home first, then with players outside the studio before any public build, and what they tell us shapes what we build next.
Premium games: no loot boxes, no randomized packs, no paid power.
